Our professional fees vary with the type of travel planning/booking undertaken. During our initial consultation with you we review the scope and complexity of your travel request and provide you an accurate quote.

*All fees are in addition to any supplier charges, are subject to HST and are non-refundable.  Fees may be included in your final package price, as and when required.

Client Responsibilities and Pricing Considerations for Proposed Trip Packages

While TurnKey Travel’s proposal pricing outlines all listed accommodations, activities, and transfers, certain potential expenses remain the responsibility of the traveler should the trip proceed. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Local taxes and fees that may be charged at accommodations or attractions
  • Gratuities for guides, drivers, hotel staff, and service personnel
  • Meals and beverages not specifically included in the proposed itinerary
  • Optional activities, taxis, and local transfers arranged independently or outside scheduled group services
  • Personal purchases and incidentals such as laundry, room service, or minibar charges
  • Change fees or penalties that may apply if itinerary modifications are requested after booking
  • Travel insurance and coverage for medical or emergency expenses
  • Ensuring all travel documentation is valid, including passports, visas, and any required permits
  • Reviewing and meeting all entry requirements for each destination, including completing any actions outlined on the Government of Canada website: travel.gc.ca/destinations
  • Any additional fees or surcharges that may be applied by suppliers after confirmation or final payment due to unexpected increases in operating costs or adjustments to services
