We can't say enough good things about Jen & Turnkey Travel!

Jen put a lot of thought into organizing the details of our trip, including prompting us to book dinner at our hotel our first night because we'd be too tired to eat out after our flight! The app was extremely helpful - we checked multiple times a day to see what was upcoming and also chat about where we'd been. It was wonderful to have no worries about logistics because we knew Jen would be there if we needed her (happily everything went smoothly). The tour guide for the Great Rails journey went out of her way to answer questions and provide suggestions for our time away from the tour, and it was a good-sized group - not too large but large enough to meet people from different countries.
