What our Customers Are Saying
We had an absolutely lovely stay at Haven!
The resort was beautiful! We got pretty good weather just a little bit of rain, but we didn’t even mind it with our ocean front room, we just hung out on our patio! Everything with our flights and the hotel transfer went super smoothly. We really enjoyed our time away, and we were very pleased with our choice at the Haven and its proximity to the Cancun airport. We didn’t find the food to be THAT fantastic, but it was still very good. And it was not a beach resort, no one was ever on the beach and the sargassum was pretty heavy, even though they would clean it. It’s much more of a pool resort! Thanks again for your help with this booking! Everything was fantastic!!Martin & Valerie
We had a fantastic trip and loved everything about it!
The Trip Plans App was amazing and knowing that we could contact Jennifer should anything happen gave us a great sense of comfort. We will definitely recommend Jennifer and TurnKey Travel to our friends & family.

The Viking Christmas Market Danube river cruise was wonderful! One we would highly recommend. The destinations, tours, service and particularly the food served on board were excellent. Our Trip Plan had everything very well organized, easily accessible and detailed. Jennifer’s attention to every aspect was greatly appreciated and enhanced the trip. Everything was great!

We had such a great time and didn’t stress about any of it!
My husband & I wanted to go to Europe to celebrate a milestone but were hesitant because we’d never been before. Jennifer reassured us that with we could do it and helped us plan the trip of a lifetime! Everything was seamless - a perfect mix of history, culture & downtime. The trip planning app she uses is so helpful, there’s absolutely nothing she didn’t consider or plan for! Definitely a 10/10!!

So many memories with a great group of folks!
"Thank you for this wonderful adventure that you put together! Ron & I really enjoyed the journey from the Ice Cave to the Hurtigruten cruise to the reindeer in Svalbard. We saw & did so much! Everything went so smoothly, it shows that you put in a great deal of planning. Hoping we will be able to travel with you again down the road."
"Just wanted to thank you for helping to make the trip such a success! Great traveling companions, good food, exciting excursions, lovely scenery, great itinerary & organization...all makes for lasting memories!"
"I enjoyed the trip and was fortunate to meet the people in our group. My highlights were the ice caves, hiking on the glacier, blue lagoon was something different & relaxing, kayaking, and the dog sledding."
"A big thank you for organizing the Iceland & Norway trip, and for taking Frances & myself with you. Your extra assistance upon occasions was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and one that I really enjoyed, especially the coastal voyage and the time on Svalbard, places that I had never seen or been to before. There was some amazing scenery!"

Jennifer, you are a very special person
We can't find the words that will express how appreciative we are of all the hours you worked to make this special family cruise possible for us! From booking the first cruise, cancelling it because our daughter couldn't get the time off and then rebooking everything again. We always felt that you were there for us and kept us organized with the app. You gave it your all to make this a special celebration for Jerrett's 50th birthday including having his stateroom decorated when he arrived. Your compassion to his special needs was above the call of duty. We look forward to our next vacation!

We can't say enough good things about Jen & Turnkey Travel!
Jen put a lot of thought into organizing the details of our trip, including prompting us to book dinner at our hotel our first night because we'd be too tired to eat out after our flight! The app was extremely helpful - we checked multiple times a day to see what was upcoming and also chat about where we'd been. It was wonderful to have no worries about logistics because we knew Jen would be there if we needed her (happily everything went smoothly). The tour guide for the Great Rails journey went out of her way to answer questions and provide suggestions for our time away from the tour, and it was a good-sized group - not too large but large enough to meet people from different countries.
